Project Description
This architectural scale model presents a modern residential development designed to showcase the layout, appearance, and urban integration of a contemporary housing complex. The model accurately represents the project’s architectural design, building proportions, landscaping, road network, parking areas, and surrounding infrastructure.
Featuring multiple residential buildings with detailed facades, balconies, windows, and exterior lighting, the model provides a realistic visualization of the completed development. Carefully crafted landscape elements, miniature vehicles, and road markings enhance the presentation and help illustrate the project’s scale and functionality within its urban environment.
This architectural model was commissioned by a building developer and presented at real estate fairs to potential buyers. The model have LED lightings on most of the rooms, highlighting the model’s feature and appearance while emulating night lighting.
The model is mounted on a wooden ground support painted in grey color, and the surrounding is covered with artificial grass. Once the model is completed, it is often displayed in a presentation case with lighting to showcase the details. Digital renderings and animations can also be integrated to enhance the presentation.
The illuminated design highlights architectural features and creates a highly realistic representation, making the model an effective communication tool for developers, architects, investors, and prospective buyers. It allows stakeholders to better understand the overall concept, spatial organization, and visual impact of the project before construction begins.
