Project Description

This is an architectural model depicting a hotel complex situated by a lake. The scene is presented within a dark, rectangular tray, which frames the miniature environment effectively. The model features two main buildings, each with a distinct design. The larger building in the foreground has a complex, multi-gabled brown roof and a white facade, giving it a classic, resort-like feel. A small bridge connects it to a separate, circular structure located on the water.

The surrounding landscape is an integral part of the model. A tranquil blue surface represents the lake, while the land is covered with a green, textured material simulating grass and natural terrain. The model is populated with miniature trees of various shades of green and brown, which are strategically placed to create a sense of a natural, forested setting.

Architectural scale models offer a unique opportunity to evaluate the aesthetic qualities of a hotel design. By using accurate materials and finishes, architects and designers can create realistic representations of the intended style and ambiance.

Scale models allow stakeholders to visualize how the hotel will look from various perspectives, including the exterior façade, lobby, guest rooms, and public spaces. This visual assessment aids in making informed decisions about materials, color schemes, lighting, and overall design cohesion.
