Project Description
This is an architectural model of a contemporary house. The two-story house features a modern design with clean lines and a mix of white, dark gray, and wood-toned facades. It has a flat roof with a light gray, textured finish, suggesting roofing material. Large windows are visible on multiple sides of the house.
The model is set on a lush green base, simulating a landscaped yard with various miniature trees and bushes, indicating a garden or natural surroundings. A paved area, is also incorporated into the base on one side, complete with a tiny street lamp and a small figure of a person on a second-story balcony.
Pure white walls are accented with warm wood-paneling and dark anthracite grey frames, creating a balanced and high-end look. A prominent black external staircase connects the different levels, emphasizing the separate access points for the two units.
Several private balconies with black metal railings are integrated into the design, providing residents with outdoor living areas. A ground-level carport is built directly into the structure, showing enough space for two miniature vehicles.
